Rescheduling and refunds

Need a different time?: Reschedule free, as often as you need, up to 24 hours before your session — use the link in your booking confirmation email.
Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead: Full ₹5,000 refund, back to the card or account you paid from, within 5–7 working days. Email aparna@lemondojo.com to ask for it.
Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not turning up: The fee is kept, because the slot can't be filled that late. You can move the session once to any date in the following 30 days instead — just email Aparna.
If Aparna has to cancel: You choose: a full refund, or a new time that suits you. You are never out of pocket for a change at our end.
If the call itself fails: If a connection problem at either end stops the session going ahead, it's rescheduled at no cost.
